Overview

All products at ONASAI are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed  ensuring quality and reducing waste.

Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before they are dispatched. This is in addition to shipping transit times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. As our products are fulfilled by third-party production partners, rates are determined by our suppliers and may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery destination
  • The product type and size
  • The fulfilment partner assigned to your order

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected by our fulfilment partner.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different production partners and arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
